Frequently Asked Questions

The Eco line is built for steady, cost-efficient output. It is configured for up to 150 m/min design speed and 120 m/min working speed with a 320 mm roller diameter, or 120/100 m/min with a 280 mm roller.

The Eco line shares the same process and machine layout but is optimised for a lower investment: smaller corrugating rollers (280/320 mm) and moderate speeds (up to 150 m/min). The Advanced line reaches up to 200 m/min with 360/380 mm rollers for higher-volume plants.

Yes. The line is configured for multi-ply with the corresponding number of single facers. Switching between 3, 5 and 7-ply is done by engaging or bypassing the relevant single-facer units.

The line supports A, B, C, E and BC (double-wall) flute profiles, with standard working widths of 1,400 mm, 1,600 mm, 1,800 mm and 2,200 mm. Corrugated rollers are interchangeable and can be swapped in approximately 20 minutes.

Yes — installation, commissioning and operator training are included with every line. Our engineers will stay on-site until the line reaches target output, with ongoing after-sales support available.
