Frequently Asked Questions

H-I designates the first tier in BMC's servo semi-automatic flute laminator series. "Semi-automatic" means the operator manually places corrugated boards on the bottom feed table; all other functions — paper suction, gluing and conveying — are servo-controlled.

Two working widths: BMC-1300FSA3-HI (max 1,300 × 1,200 mm) and BMC-1600FSA3-HI (max 1,600 × 1,200 mm). Face paper table capacity is 1,000 kg on both models.

A, B, C, E and F flutes up to 8 mm thickness, covering the most widely used single-wall packaging grades.

Servo motors on the top-feed and conveyor units synchronize paper transport to within ±1.5 mm, eliminating the slip and speed variation typical of belt-only systems and reducing sheet misalignment waste.

Yes. BMC engineers handle on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, and remain on-site until target output is achieved. Ongoing after-sales support is provided globally.
