Design speed is 350 pcs/min (920 model) / 300 pcs/min (1224 model), with working speeds of 300 pcs/min and 250 pcs/min respectively. The fully automatic servo control system synchronises feeder, print, slot and cut units to maintain precision at peak throughput. Skip-feeding support is available for oversized carton production.
Print precision is ±0.3 mm — tighter than standard lead-edge flexo SDC machines (≤±1.5 mm). This is achieved through servo-driven phase control on all print units, which continuously compensates for speed variation and mechanical tolerance across the full production run.
The machine handles corrugated board from 1 mm to 12 mm, with a 60 mm wall board frame. This covers single-wall B/C/E-flute and double-wall BC grade. The vacuum transfer feeder adapts to different board stiffness levels, maintaining stable sheet registration across the full thickness range.
Servo-driven phase adjustment on print and slotter units, combined with the fully automatic control system, allows rapid, digitally-managed order changeovers. Parameters are set via the touch screen, and the servo system applies the new settings simultaneously across all units without manual mechanical adjustment.
