Type II runs at a design speed of 120 pcs/min (working speed 100 pcs/min), compared to Type I at 200/180 pcs/min. Both share the same lead edge feeder, hardened gears (HRC >60), and chromium-plated shafts. Type II is suited to facilities with moderate-volume requirements where the cost-efficiency of a lower-speed machine is preferred.
The machine processes B, C and E-flute single-wall and BC double-wall corrugated board. Standard printing plate thickness is 3.94 mm. Adjustable clearances on the slotter and die cutter units allow tuning for different board weights and thicknesses.
Auto zero setting on the feeder, combined with adjustable clearances (manual or electric) on the slotter and print units, enables fast, accurate order changeovers. The machine is designed specifically for easy operation with fast job switching.
Registration precision is ≤±1.5 mm and die cutting accuracy is ≤±0.5 mm. Drive gears ground and hardened to HRC >60 maintain these tolerances consistently over extended production runs.
