A standard flexo SDC produces flat die-cut blanks that must be folded and glued on a separate folder-gluer machine. This box line adds an inline folder-gluer unit — so finished, glued, counted boxes come out of a single machine. This eliminates the cost of a separate folder-gluer, reduces floor space, and removes the material-handling step between the two machines.
Print precision is ±0.1 mm — the highest in the BMC flexo range — enabled by a ceramic vacuum transfer wheel, servo-driven phase control, and motorized phase zero plate alignment. Fold gluing precision is ±1.5 mm. With 8 servo motors coordinating all units, the line maintains these tolerances at its full working speed of 350 pcs/min.
Maximum print size is 900×2,500 mm (920 model) or 1,200×2,800 mm (1224 model). Minimum print size is 300×650 mm and 350×690 mm respectively. Box height (H) ranges from 350 mm to 900/1,200 mm, covering a wide range of RSC, die-cut and folder-glued box styles.
Fold gluing precision is ±1.5 mm. The creasing-slotting unit is specifically engineered to prevent creasing line bursts — the main cause of misaligned folds — so boxes arrive at the folder-gluer stage with clean, consistent crease lines that fold accurately at high speed.
Yes — installation, commissioning and operator training are included with every machine. Our engineers remain on-site until the line reaches target output. The fully automatic control system with remote maintenance capability also allows our team to support troubleshooting remotely after handover.
