The design speed is 300 pcs/min (920 model) / 250 pcs/min (1224 model), with working speeds of 180 pcs/min and 150 pcs/min respectively. Skip-feeding mode allows oversized cartons to be produced without stopping the line — effectively expanding the usable sheet size range beyond the stated maximum.
The PLC with multifunctional touch screen provides automatic zero return, automatic plate alignment (proofreading), and plate-cleaning position memory. Multiple job orders can be stored in memory for instant recall, enabling fast changeovers without manual re-entry of parameters between runs.
The machine processes single-wall B, C and E-flute board as well as BC double-wall, with a printing plate thickness of 3.94 mm. The full vacuum feeder system cleans the board surface before printing, which is particularly important for multi-colour work on recycled-liner grades.
Registration precision is ≤±1.5 mm and die cutting accuracy is ≤±0.4 mm. The automatic speed compensation system maintains die cutting accuracy by continuously adjusting cushion roller speed to match the mould, even as line speed varies.
